Kim transformed into character, wearing a gothic Victorian era dress and a stunning head piece to match. After filming for weeks, this is the first time Kardashian has been seen on the set. She was seen taking a phone call outside of a production studio in NYC in between takes. She showed off her 3 inch long sharp nails, which poked through the gloves of her character.
